What you can do in MyFyre™

Fyre Medical Center's patient portal provides users with the ability to access portions of their electronic health record and manage many of their day-to-day healthcare tasks. These portals are available to anyone who has received care at Fyre Medical Center or seen by a physician affiliated with Fyre Medical Center. There is no charge to use this safe, secure, web-based portal. Here are some of the tasks you will be able to do with MyFyrePlace™.

Medical Records

Once enrolled at our facility, you will be assigned a unique reference number or identifier and an account created for you automatically in our system. You will be e-mailed the credentials necessary for you to access our patient portal and access the information available to you at any time. Please make sure you don't have unauthorized access to your account because others may have access to your confidential medical information. Therefore, it is important that you do not share your credentials - username and passport with others unless you consent to have them access to your account. Please make sure you read our Terms and Policies and understand them fully before creating an account.

Check your laboratory results from anywhere.

Once we have your laboratory test result available, we will post it in the patient portal which you can access at anytime. Turn around time for test results to become available may range between 4 to 72 hours depending on what type of test requested. For laboratory tests that need to be send out of state for testing, results may not be available for up to 6 weeks.

View your X-ray report using your cellphone or computer

Once your provider has reviewed and submitted a report of your radiology test, we will make it available in the patient portal for easy access. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to let us know so we can schedule a video consult or an appointment with a provider at Fyre Medical Center to discuss your result.

Choose a time that is convenient for you.

You can now book an appointment without all the usual hassles. Simply choose a day you wish to have your appointment, select the time slot available that you desire to see a provider, click confirm and that's it - all done!

As of January 11, 2024, primary account members wishing to enroll under the CORPORATE PLAN, must subscribe for a minimum of 3 months if paying by cash. For those electing to subscribe via credit, debit or direct bank deduction, can still choose to pay their membership monthly.

Members of a discontinued membership plan will continue to enjoy the benefits of their plan until its expiration date. Should a member wish to continue on a membership plan, he/she can subscribe to the Corporate Plan which is the only available Plan for now.
