These are estimates of what you will be expected to pay and the intention is to give you an idea of how much your care will cost so that we can avoid surprise billing. If there is no need to conduct medical procedures or investigations, your final bill will be close to the costs listed here.
These are a few of the common medical tests and procedures we offer at our facility.
All fees are for self-pay clients only. For those under an insurance plan that approves Fyre Medical Center as a participating provider, your co-pay will be determined by your plan's approved coverage.

There may be extra charges based on additional procedures and investigations conducted during your visit.
Any procedure or treatment conducted onsite as part of your care during a visit are all covered under the fee for the visit type you are to have. There will be additional fees if additional tests or procedures need to be performed offsite.
If you prefer to have your medical procedure performed by a non-facility provider, we will be happy to organize the transition of care for you without any additional cost. Your medical bill for that procedure will be from that off-site facility based on its standard charge and you will not be bill by Fyre Medical Center.

Physical Examinations will be by appointment only. Please book your appointment early to avoid delays in the processing of your forms.
Only those who have fully prepaid for their PE will be processed to see our providers.
These fees do not include costs for the tests and procedures that your specific purpose may require. Please contact us to find out the total cost of each PE type when packaged to include the accompanied laboratory and radiologic tests required for that specific PE.

These are our charges if tests are ordered by our providers as part of a patient's care plan. For quality assurance purposes, Fyre Medical Center will not be collecting samples for requests ordered by non-facility providers.
** Refers to the source where the sample is to be collected, e.g. blood, urine, stool, etc. The number of different tests requested to be performed on a sample source does not affect the charge total. For example, if 3 different types of tests are requested to be done on a blood sample, 2 on a stool sample and 1 on a urine sample, the total source types will be 3 (blood, urine and stool) so the total charge for that order will be $9.00.If 9 (nine) different tests are ordered to be performed on a sample of blood, the number of source will be 1 (one), therefore the total charge will be $3.00. The number of laboratory request forms submitted, likewise, does not affect the charge. If 3 forms were submitted for different tests but all were ordered during the same consultation visit, if all of the tests requested were all to be collected from the blood only, the charge will be $3.00 as there is only one source type.

Depending on the services provided you may also receive bills from a facility where a service was provided. Examples include laboratory and X-ray services, prescriptions, admission fees, dental services, procedures, etc. conducted at the Yap State Hospital. The fee does not include charges associated with these offsite services.
