Make An Appointment

We can assist you or your loved ones refill prescriptions without setting foot in the hospital*. Our staff will process your medication refill and have it ready for you or someone to pick it up. We can even bring it to your nearest CHC for you or someone to pick it up. It's that simple.

  • Put your Fyre Medical Center Number here. Put in the following format, 23xxxx, eg 230635
  • Please indicate your medical condition that you are requesting refill so you can continue its treatment. Select all that applies.
